3. Usage
. Clean the adhered material After cleaning the surface, if there is any detergent remaining on the surface of the material, please blow it dry or wipe it dry and wait until it is completely dry before applying glue.
. Apply glue evenly on one side of the plastic surface. Place the other side of the plastic gently on the glue-coated area and press it hard to expel the bubbles and distribute the glue evenly. Make sure that the bonding parts are covered with glue ( The ideal glue layer thickness is.~.) Finally fix the position.
. Use a cloth or paper towel to wipe off the excess glue that has spilled around the plastic (do not use water, alcohol and other solvents to scrub). Do not let the glue come into contact with UV light before this step.
. Use a UV lamp with a main emission wavelength of 0.01 to irradiate until the glue layer is fully cured (the irradiation time depends on the type, power, irradiation distance of the UV lamp and the UV transmittance of the plastic, etc.).
. If there is still glue overflow around the plastic after UV curing, you can use a blade to scrape it off.
